During the conversion:
Direct Deposits will NOT be affected by the system conversion.
All direct deposits will process as usual.
Daily SPENDING LIMITS of $310 will apply to all electronic transactions:
That means that any combination of ATM transactions, debit card PIN transactions AND debit card signature transactions will only be authorized up to a total amount of $310 in a 24 hour period (from 6 pm one day until 5:59 pm the next).
If you're planning any major purchases or holiday shopping, CALL IN ADVANCE so that we can adjust your online spending limit. We WILL NOT BE ABLE to make any adjustments to these limits once the conversion process begins.
Transactions that you pay for with your by writing a check from your MICU checking account and transactions that you pay for with your MICU VISA Credit Card will not be affected.
All MICU members will receive paper statements in the mail for the month of November.
AFTER THE CONVERSION: You'll be asked to re-enroll in online banking, online bill pay (all your set ups WILL transfer), CUTIE 24/7 Telephone Teller and e-statements so you can take full advantage of the advanced features and benefits of the new system.
Please plan ahead so that any inconvenience from the online service outage will be minimized.
