Lost or Stolen MICU VISA Credit Cards
If your card is lost or stolen:
Call Mid-Illini Credit Union during normal business hours at 309.661.1166.
We’re here M-F from 9 a – 5 p and on Saturdays from 9-Noon.

Call VISA directly, anytime, 24/7: 800.322.8472
Your card will be blocked and new card will be issued.
If your credit card(s) are reported lost or stolen, you are protected from any fraudulent purchases made against your account.
Questions about your PIN (personal identification number)?
New cardholders will receive a PIN in the mail and instructions for changing it.
Existing cardholders who forget their PIN should call MICU at 309.661.1166, M-F, 9 a - 5 p, CST.
Existing cardholders who want to change their PIN can call 888.294.3408, 24 hours a day.
Lost or Stolen MICU VISA Rewards Debit Cards
If your MICU VISA Rewards DEBIT card is lost or stolen, call
800.554.8969
immediately and report your lost or stolen DEBIT card!
Then call Mid-Illini Credit Union at 309.661.1166, ext. 212 and let us know so that we can de-activate the missing card and issue you a new one.
