Telephone Banking Allows You To
• Verify account balances
• Request a check to be picked up or mailed
• Transfer money from one account to another
• Determine interest paid on loans
• Check dividend earnings
• Get current tax information

Call (309) 661-0156 or (800) 552-2741 to access your account. All you need is your account number and PIN.

Don’t have your PIN? Stop in or mail the following information to us:
1.Your name, address, telephone number, and account number
2.The 4-digit PIN you want
3.Your signature

Telephone banking allows you to perform more than one transaction during the call. Press the * key to pause inquiries so you can write down information.

The # key must be used after every entry. It is pressed after you enter your account number, your PIN, your transaction codes, and your suffixes.

Codes and suffixes you say?
A suffix is a letter assigned to each of your accounts. Your statement shows which suffix applies to your loans. Each suffix is matched with a corresponding code number that you will use to get specific information.

Transaction codes are specific numbers you use to get account information and make transactions.
