To Become A Company Partner Simply provide us with a letter requesting partnership on company letterhead. Click here to see a sample. Include the number of employees you have and your intention to make payroll deduction and direct deposit available for your employees.

Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction It’s easy to sign your employees up for direct deposit or payroll deduction. Employees can make contributions to their savings, checking, Christmas Club, and children’s accounts. They can also make loan payments or IRA contributions.
To get started, employees need to fill out MICU’s direct deposit/payroll cards at your office or ours. We keep them on file. Then you, the employer, can set up to transfer money electronically through an ACH account set up by your accountant or bank. All you need is our routing number. You can also mail or drop off the funds as well.
To Set Up Direct Deposit, We Need:
- Date
- Employer number
- Employee account numbers
- Amount of deposits
To Set Up Payroll Deduction, We Need:
- Date
- Employer number
- Employee names in alphabetical order
- Amounts of deposits/disbursements
- Employee account or Social Security numbers
