ADVANCE NOTICE: PLANNED OUTAGE! From noon until 4 pm on December 31, 2011, online banking and CUTIE 24/7 telephone banking will operate in "inquiry only" mode. Off-line limits apply to all debit card transactions during this time period.
It is necessary to take our system down in order to complete the required month-end, quarter-end and year-end reports that we must file.
During this time, you will be able to look up information about your accounts through your Virtual Branch online banking account, as well as through CUTIE, our 24/7 Telephone Teller.
You will not, however, be able to transfer money between accounts or make online bill payments.
In addition, "off-line" limits will apply to all debit card transactions during this time period. The off-line limit is $200 per day for point of sale transactions, and $100 per day at the ATM. All debit card transactions made before 12 noon on 12/31/2011 will count toward these limits. In certain cases, lower limits may apply.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO: We encourage MICU members to conduct any required transactions prior to 12 noon on December 31, or after 4 pm, in order to minimize any inconvenience. If you have any questions prior to this planned outage, please call the credit union at 309.661.1166.
